Terrance House is an established care home offering professional, supportive care in a friendly, welcoming environment for adults (18+) with ongoing mental health issues. The homely atmosphere is created by our staff team, who have been carefully selected, not only for their professional ability but also for their commitment to making a difference to the people who choose to live with us.

Our residential home emphasises the personal needs of each family member placed in our care to enhance their quality of life and daily experiences. By delivering a range of flexible support services we will ensure people with challenging needs are as independent as possible and connected to their local communities.

Through recovery focused support we encourage and support people with mental health needs to take control of their own lives as much as they possibly can. By listening to our older residents and their loved ones and understanding what matters most to them, we will ensure that we deliver exceptional residential care and support.

Our person centered approach to care changes along with the needs of each resident, helping them to feel safe, secure and part of the community offered at Terrance House.
